Drastic Health Improvement

“I started attending Boot Camp Fitness classes in June and have not missed a session since. I want you to know the phenomenal impact these classes have had not only on my body but my spiritual, emotional, and psychological being. The discipline it takes to perform the rigorous exercises and to continue attending these classes have spilled over into all areas of my life.

Since I have started attending these classes, I have lowered my total cholesterol level from 210 (200 and over is considered a high risk) to 176! My resting pulse is now below 60 beats per minute. I have more energy, am physically stronger, feel great, and am sleeping so much better (I have suffered from irregular sleeping patterns all of my life).

I love attending these classes not only because of the physical benefits I have reached but also because of the good, Christian, and safe atmosphere which is always maintained. Feeling safe in an exercise environment is very important to me.

I know I am not the only person who feels this way – so many have shared their successes in Boot Camp and how it has affected them in all areas of their lives; such as making good dietary choices, setting boundaries in their relationships with others, marriages, and relationships with their children. Boot Camp Fitness is truly a blessing!”
