The Diet Works, Too!

I found that I could incorporate the various food items and even work it where I could go out to lunch or dinner. My breakfast was always oatmeal. Lunch was chicken or fish and a vegetable or salad; same with dinner. I was able to have popcorn, pasta, etc. with no problem.
