Jay’s is tough, it hurts, but it feels great!

Two weeks, 8 sessions and a diet change in I feel great. I am constantly sore, I think I have a wicked case of shin splints, my bank account is a little smaller, but mentally and phsically I feel a ton better. Plus, this weekend I went clothes shopping for spring and my normal size feels baggy. I don’t want to speak too soon but I think I have lost an inch off my waist.

I can run marathons… but Boot Camp is HARD!

But this little 1 hour boot camp made me want to puke. I found myself sand-bagging half of the exercises, trying to blend in so no one notices I suck, constantly checking my watch, and hiding behind girls. After this session, however, I thought, 1) I need to do more pushups. I suck for a dude. And 2) I’d rather go run hard for two hours than do anything else with Jay (that’s a compliment).

Foods to Stay Away From

C-grade carbohydrates are those that are processed or sweetened slightly, but are, for the most part, still made from a whole grain. Starches that are processed (white rice) also get C’s because although they are complex carbohydrates, they are rapidly absorbed and stripped of much of their original nutritional value.

Increase your score

As with any new fitness program, you will need to assess your physical capabilities before starting. Your first day at Boot Camp will consist of an introductory PT test to evaluate your position and give you a general idea of what needs improvement.
