

This is no ordinary fitness program. Expect to work hard to get the results you want. Motivation is the key to success in Boot Camp- our qualified instructors will motivate you with positive affirmations to get you to your goals. There is no better way to get into shape than to work out with Jay!
Each Boot Camp session is one hour long, done either in the morning or evening. When you arrive at the training site, you'll start with stretching until formation time. Our warm-ups usually consist of calisthenics and total body flexibility exercises to prepare your body for the upcoming session. We also allow time for a cool-down session after each workout. You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction that the Boot Camp Fitness partner format allows. Also, no workout session is repeated during your four weeks of training. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of the workouts.
Don't worry if you can't perform each workout your instructor provides you. He or she will also instruct you how to perform a modified, lower-impact version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle group so that you will eventually be able to perform the original exercise.
