HOW DO YOU WIN THE CONTEST?

  • At the end of the 2nd week of the contest – weights and body fat will be taken again.  The person who has lost the least amount of body fat% will be eliminated from the contest.
  • At the end of weeks 3 thru 9 – again weight and body fat will be taken.  Each week, the person with the least amount of body fat% will be eliminated from the contest.
  • At the end of week 9 –the individual contestants to lose the most body fat % during the 9-week contest is the official winner.
  • Other eliminating factors:
    -  Participants must attend ALL workouts and weigh ins. The only exception is illness and must report back with a doctor’s note.
    -  Incomplete “nutrition log” and “exercise log”
  • The Judges (Jay’s Boot Camp Fitness) will determine the winner.
  • Only ONE participant will be the Winner of Jay’s Boot Camp New Body Challenge.
  • The Winner will receive all the sponsor prizes.

In the Event of a tie, or other words – if two contestants both lose the same body fat % during the 9 weeks, the Army Physical Fitness Test (Which consists of 2 minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of sit-ups and a 2 miles run) will be giving to determine the winner.  The person scoring the highest score on the Army Physical Fitness Test wins. Remember, the overall goal in this contest is for each participant to lose body fat during the 9-week contest.  We feel that the outline/rules below for “how to win” will help to achieve that goal for all involved.

You must adhere to the rules to remain in this competition. Rules will be strictly enforced to be fair to all involved, so please read them prior to signing on and ask for clarification if you are unsure about something, please email us at training@jaysbootcamp.com to clarify.
