In partner or small group training, two, three, or four individuals share a training session. This program is ideal for couples, friends, and co-workers. It allows you to provide support, motivation, and commitment for each other under the guidance and direction of a qualified professional who understands your individual needs and goals.

We also offer a tailored nutritional plan that is specific to your individual needs. We start by discussing your current eating habits, taking into consideration your caloric intake and activity level we well as your likes and dislikes.
